My experience at Sutton Park Kia Coventry was cracking because I purchased the car I wanted. A shame that the drive away insurance was so crazy expensive though.

My experience at Sutton Park Kia Coventry could have been better
because the vehicle was not ready to collect when they said it would be. I had to change all arrangements. Once delivered although a minor repair had been promised it hadn’t been carried out. Since complaining about that I’ve had no response and am still waiting which is poor. Original salesperson has been sacked and blatantly lied to me. Probably won’t buy a car from the Coventry branch again based on this experience.
